Dipak Bagchi, the author of the following paper "Agriculture and Bt brinjal controversy: What should be the future roadmap for India",renowned agronomist, had been Professor in the Indian Statistical Institute before he retired from his services. He was the Vice-Chancellor of the BidhanChandra Krishi Viswa Vidyalay, the premier Agricultural University in the State of West Bengal.Presently he is actively engaged with research on agricultural issues.

A Synopsis of the Hartwell Paper 2010/3 New

London School of Economics convened a conference to work out a fresh approach to the problem of climate change in April 201o. The result that emerged as thesis titled Hartwell Paper is 42 pages long. Consin team considered the Paper to be a valuable contribution to the literature on the subject and deserved to be brought to the atttention of wider audience.
